I am definitely like a wolf because I am brave and have a good sense of leadership!

Sleep!!

Hello Readers (If I even Have any) ,
I hate going back to school after the weekend!!
I am soooo tired after a long weekend full of parties and staying up late.I am so sleep deprived-and what's worse I have a splitting head ache!

I obviously have experience with this so here goes.


How to get a better nights sleep

1. Technology .
Try to stay away from all technology before bed( TV is fine just don't sit too close) , as the blue light the screen emits will keep your brain active and keep you awake

2. Routine.
Create a relaxing routine that helps you to feel sleepy.
E.g. have a bath then read and then have a glass of milk or warm tea.

3. Clean .
Make sure you feel clean and fresh when going to bed and also that you are clean mentally and have no ill or bad thoughts to keep you awake from stressing over them!!
